Citibank Alerting Service provides you with information on your Citibank Credit Card or Banking Account. This special service includes reminders, alerts and confirmations. It could alert you of your available Credit Limit or a Money Transfer being credited to your account.

When you like it
As always the choice is yours. You can choose to receive messages once a day or once a week or once a month or as it happens. This means that you have the option of getting a message when your account status alters.

 What do I need to have to access to this service?

• A Citibank credit card or bank account
• An active e-mail address to receive alerts on your computer
• A mobile phone number to receive Short Messaging Service (SMS) alerts
