This policy excludes death claims
resulting from:
1. Suicide. If the Insured commits suicide, within two years
from the date of issue or from the date of any reinstatement
of the
Policy, or from the date of increase
in Face Amount of the Policy, the benefits payable under this
Policy shall be limited to the
investment account value less any
loan outstanding unless the beneficiary (ies) proves that
the Insured’s suicide is caused by
a sickness that had deprived him from
his sanity at the moment of suicide.
2. Act of Killing: the Company shall be acquitted of its obligations
if the own has deliberately caused or instigated the death
of
the Insured. If death has been caused
or instigated by a beneficiary other than the owner, the right
of such beneficiary in
insurance shall be forfeited.
3. AIDS: If, the Insured had been Diagnosed as having AIDS
(Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome), ARC (AIDS Related Complex)
or havingan antibody positive blood
test to HIV (Human Immune Virus), the Company shall pay only
the investment account value
less any loan outstanding.
