1. Branch Managers
(BM01)
The role is to enhance the customer experience, via leadership in people management
/ team building, co-ordination with product development, and implementing business
relationship and acquisitions initiative.
Qualifications: University graduates with 7-10 years
of Retail or Financial services experience Strong interpersonal,
Sales and Communication skills, thorough understanding of financial
/ profit dynamics of branch, Sales, Negotiation and Problem Resolution
skills.
2. CitiGold Relationship Managers (CGRM02) The role is to identify, acquire& grow
a base of top-end retail customers (High Net Worth) in order
to meet business objectives. To nurture the growth of long-term
business relationship with target retail customers by providing
them with substantial added value and providing world class financial
products / services.
Qualifications: University graduates with 5- 8 Sales
experience in the financial services industry; or hospitality
industry or other strong-sales culture industry, Superior Sales,
communication and relationship building skills.
3. Relationship Managers (RM03) The role is to identify, acquire & grow
a base of affluent customers in order to meet business objectives.
Qualifications: University graduates with 4-6 years
preferably in the financial services industry; or hospitality
industry or other strong-sales culture industry.
4. Relationship Officers (RO04) The role is to attract, acquire Retail
customers for selling various retail products for various retail
branches.
Qualifications:
University graduates with 0-2 years of sales experience, excellent selling,
presentation & Communication skills
