5. Investment Assistant Product Manager (InvAPM05)
The role will encompass the full spectrum of the Investment product development cycle from the initial idea stage to a market ready product with the purpose of maintaining product’s competitive edge,. The role is to provide ongoing support for existing products, preparing product programs, maintaining Sales MIS reports, monthly investors’ reports, giving supports to Investment sales team.

Qualifications:
University graduate with a Minimum of 3 years of financial experience or other relevant commercial experience (Investment experience is a plus), strong analytical skills & quantitative skills, excellent capabilities on Microsoft Office Suite.

6. CitiBusiness Relationship Managers (CBRM06)
The role is to identify, acquire & grow a base of small and Medium enterprises in order to meet business objectives through providing target companies with substantial added value and providing relevant financial products / services.

Qualifications:
University graduates with 4-5 years of experience out of which 2-3 years in SMEs / Corporate banking; with a good understanding of company account nature, requirements and products.

Operations

7. Cash Officers (CO07)
The role is to supervise and assist in servicing the customers in the cash counter area and to ensure efficient and friendly delivery of service.

Qualifications:
University graduates with 3-4 years of financial services experience including service/operations management experience. Strong communication, people management and coaching skills, Comprehensive knowledge of security, operational and cash control policies & procedures.

8. Tellers (T08)
The role is to service the customers in the cash counter area and to ensure efficient and friendly delivery of service. Performs all financial and service transactions for all customers, ensures the adherence of A&P, Central Bank local requirements and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:
University graduates with a min of 1 year of experience, good command of the English language, good communication and interpersonal skills, good accounting background.
