Credit Policy Manager (CPM010)
The role is to manage risks associated with cards and loans
portfolio through the formulation and implementation of
credit policies as well as monitoring the compliance of
other units with these policies. This will entail recommending
changes to risk parameters and refining existing policies
to improve portfolio quality.
Qualifications:
University graduate with Overall experience 6 - 7 years,
minimum 2 - 4 years in related Credit experience. Strong
communication, analytical sills &people management skills,
sound Credit judgment.

Strategic Analysis Unit Analysts (SAU011)
The role is to be responsible for Retail reporting and providing
the business with the requested risk – profitability
analysis covering all retail products via Generating daily
MIS reports, tracking acquisitions and portfolio performance.
Qualifications:
University graduates with 2-5 years of MIS experience, with
bank’s retail products is a plus. Strong Analytical
skills and good level of knowledge in basic statistics knowledge
of Econometrics is highly recommended.

Quality Assurance Internal Auditors (QA012)
The role is to ensure that the corporation is managed in
accordance with both Citigroup requirements and Egyptian
regulation. Provide Internal Audit management with early
warning signals of deterioration of controls and to identify
errors in the processing of transactions and handling of
assets, and issues that may result in operating losses or
impact customer services.
Qualifications:
University graduates with a min 4 years of experience in
the auditing field (preferably in banks). Excellent communication
& Analytical skills is a must.
